DN Supers finally earned a long-awaited victory in the LCK 2026 Split 3 Rise Group, defeating Hanjin BRION (BRO) 2-1 after an intense best-of-three series on August 2.
The win carried enormous significance. DNS entered the match on an 18-series losing streak and desperately needed a breakthrough to keep their slim Play-In hopes alive. Although BRO fought back impressively after dropping the opening game, DNS recovered in the deciding map through disciplined objective control and confident teamfighting.
Sharvel, Clozer, and DuDu all delivered standout performances, while the entire roster showed far greater composure than they had throughout the season.

Game 1: Clozer Gives DNS the Perfect Start
BRO drafted a composition built around zone control and long-range poke. Rumble and Anivia controlled space during teamfights. Meanwhile, Ezreal provided steady damage from a safe position.
DNS answered with a composition focused on picks and split pushing. Cassiopeia worked perfectly with Lee Sin. At the same time, Yorick constantly pressured side lanes and towers.
Early Game
BRO opened the game well. Teddy and Namgung secured First Blood in the bottom lane after winning an early trade.
However, DNS quickly recovered.
Clozer gained lane priority in the mid lane. He forced Roamer’s Anivia to farm under the turret. As a result, Sharvel freely invaded the jungle and secured vision around the first dragons.
Meanwhile, DuDu quietly built an advantage in the top lane with Yorick.
Dragon Fight Changes Everything
The first major turning point came around the third dragon.
Clozer landed a huge Petrifying Gaze on several BRO players. Immediately afterward, Sharvel followed with Lee Sin. He kicked away BRO’s frontline before eliminating the enemy carries.
DNS won the fight with ease. They also increased their lead to nearly 5,000 gold.
Baron Seals the Victory
Around the 24-minute mark, DNS started Baron Nashor.
BRO tried to contest the objective. However, deokdam’s Taliyah used Weaver’s Wall to split the battlefield. That gave Sharvel enough time to secure Baron.
With Baron buff, DNS quickly destroyed BRO’s outer towers. Then they broke into the base and ended the game after 32 minutes with a convincing 15-5 kill score.

Game 2: BRO Produce an Incredible Comeback
DNS drafted a high-damage lineup featuring Ambessa, Jarvan IV, Akali, Sivir, and Lulu.
Meanwhile, BRO selected Gnar, Naafiri, Annie, Yunara, and Nautilus. Their composition focused on catching isolated targets before full teamfights.
Clozer Takes Control
Game 2 started perfectly for DNS. Clozer dominated the laning phase. He repeatedly outplayed Roamer and collected several solo kills with Akali.
At the same time, Sharvel controlled dragons and Rift objectives. Therefore, DNS built a gold lead of more than 3,000. Everything looked comfortable.
DNS Lose Their Discipline
However, the game slowly changed. DNS spent too much time grouping around Clozer. As a result, they lost control of important objectives.
Meanwhile, Gideon’s Naafiri became stronger with every fight. He repeatedly punished isolated DNS players. BRO slowly closed the gold gap.
Baron Turns the Series Around
The biggest moment came around Baron. DNS entered the river without enough vision. Namgung found a perfect engage onto deokdam. Immediately afterward, Gideon dove into the backline and secured multiple kills.
BRO claimed Baron and erased DNS’s entire advantage.
From that point on, BRO controlled every major fight. They pushed through every lane before ending the game around the 35-minute mark.
The series was tied 1-1.

Game 3: DNS Stay Calm Under Pressure
Game 3 started much more evenly. Gideon used Pantheon to pressure the side lanes. Meanwhile, Roamer searched for picks with Ahri.
Sharvel answered every move. His Skarner repeatedly ganked the top lane. Therefore, DuDu’s Olaf gained full control over Casting’s Gnar.
Both teams remained almost even in gold during the first 20 minutes.
DNS Focus on Objectives
Unlike Game 2, DNS played patiently. They stopped forcing unnecessary fights. Instead, they focused on dragons and vision control.
Sharvel consistently prepared every dragon setup. At the same time, Peter’s Bard disrupted BRO whenever they tried to contest.
Eventually, DNS secured the fourth dragon and claimed the Ocean Soul. That objective completely changed the game.
Elder Dragon Decides the Winner
DNS later secured Baron. However, BRO defended their Nexus with excellent positioning from Teddy. Everything came down to one final Elder Dragon fight. DuDu activated Ragnarok and charged into BRO’s backline.
At the same time, Sharvel landed a perfect Skarner ultimate on Gideon. Without their jungler, BRO could not contest the fight.
DNS wiped out every remaining player. Then they pushed through mid lane and destroyed the Nexus to secure a memorable 2-1 victory.

Sharvel Earns Player of the Match
Sharvel deserved the Player of the Match award. He controlled Game 1 from start to finish with Lee Sin. Later, he dominated Game 3 with Skarner. His engages created several winning fights for DNS.
More importantly, Sharvel stayed calm after the painful loss in Game 2. He helped the team recover and played a key role in closing out the series.
DNS Keep Their Play-In Dream Alive
The victory means far more than simply ending an 18-match losing streak.
For the first time in months, DN Supers showed confidence, discipline, and resilience under pressure. Every player contributed during critical moments, and the team finally converted strong early-game performances into a series victory.
Meanwhile, BRO will regret allowing Game 3 to slip away after mounting such an impressive comeback in Game 2.
As the LCK 2026 Split 3 season continues, DNS will hope this emotional victory becomes the turning point that transforms the rest of their campaign.
