What Is New in LoL Patch 26.14?
Patch 26.14 focuses on three main areas.
First, Riot has buffed several weak champions. At the same time, it has nerfed some of the strongest picks. Second, Riot has changed a few items and improved Blue Buff. The developer has also updated ARAM and Arena. Finally, the patch introduces the new T1 World Champions 2025 skins. These skins celebrate T1’s latest world title.
Overall, the update is not huge. Even so, many of the changes could influence ranked games.
Champions Buffed in Patch 26.14
Several champions receive more power in this update. Corkim Azir, Mordekaiser, Nami, and Yunara are among the main winners.
Azir
Azir gets several useful improvements.
His soldiers can now apply full damage from effects such as Liandry’s Torment and Blackfire Torch. Before this patch, these effects only dealt half damage.
In addition, his soldiers now grant two Conqueror stacks instead of one. Press the Attack will also work on the main target.
Finally, Azir’s ultimate can now push jungle monsters.
As a result, Azir should deal more steady damage. He may also become a stronger choice in both ranked and professional matches.
Corki
Corki receives two clear buffs.
First, his attack damage growth rises from 2 to 2.5 per level. Therefore, he will scale better as the match continues.
Second, his basic attacks reduce the recharge time of his missiles by a larger amount. Because of this, Corki can use his ultimate more often during long fights.

Corki received a buff in this update.
Mordekaiser
Mordekaiser also becomes stronger.
His E now deals more damage. Moreover, its AP ratio rises from 40% to 45%.
His ultimate also steals 13% of the enemy’s stats instead of 10%.
Therefore, Mordekaiser will become more dangerous in one-on-one fights. He should also have an easier time defeating key targets inside the Death Realm.
Nami
Nami’s E deals more damage at later ranks.
The first rank remains unchanged. However, the damage rises much faster when players add more skill points.
As a result, Nami will provide more damage during trades. She may also work better with marksmen who attack quickly.
Yunara
Yunara receives a small but helpful buff.
Her attack damage growth increases from 2.5 to 3 per level.
This change is simple. Still, it gives her more damage in the middle and late game.
Champions Nerfed in Patch 26.14
Riot is also reducing the power of several strong champions. Garen, Jayce, Locke, Senna, and Seraphine all receive nerfs.
Garen
Garen’s ultimate deals less base true damage.
The missing-health ratio remains the same. However, the base damage drops at every rank.
Therefore, Garen will have a harder time finishing enemies with his ultimate. Players may need to lower the target’s health further before using it.
Jayce
Jayce receives two defensive nerfs.
First, his passive grants 30 bonus movement speed instead of 40.
Second, his Hammer Form gives less armor and magic resistance at later levels.
As a result, Jayce will be easier to punish. He may also become less dominant during the laning phase.
Locke
Locke was very strong after his release. Therefore, Riot is lowering his power.
The time to reactivate his Q falls from five seconds to four. In addition, the skill deals less damage.
The bonus damage from his mark is also lower. Meanwhile, his W gives less Gray Health at higher ranks.
These nerfs should make Locke easier to fight. However, skilled players may still perform well with him.

Locke received a slight nerf after a very successful debut.
Senna
Senna loses damage and utility.
Her critical strike damage ratio falls from 85% to 80%. In addition, the AP scaling on her Q slow is reduced.
Her Q also heals less from Ability Power.
Because of these changes, AP Senna and support-focused builds will become weaker. Her late-game damage will also drop slightly.

Senna also got nerfed because she was too strong.
Seraphine
Seraphine’s Q receives a lower AP ratio.
It now scales with 40% of her Ability Power instead of 50%.
As a result, her late-game damage will be lower. However, her shields, healing, and crowd control remain useful.
Item Changes and Blue Buff Update
Only a few items change in Patch 26.14. Therefore, most players will not need to learn new builds.
Atakhan’s Boots
Atakhan’s Boots provide less power in both health states.
The bonus damage while above 50% health falls from 5% to 4%. Meanwhile, the healing and shielding bonus below 50% health drops from 15% to 12%.
As a result, the item will be less effective in long fights.
Primordial Belt
Primordial Belt becomes more expensive.
Its price rises from 2,500 to 2,600 gold. In addition, its early health and healing values are lower.
Therefore, players will need more time to complete the item.
Hextech Rocketbelt
Hextech Rocketbelt receives several changes.
It now has a new build path. Furthermore, its Ability Power falls from 70 to 60.
However, its health increases from 300 to 350. Its active cooldown also rises from 40 to 50 seconds.
As a result, the item offers more durability but less burst damage.
Blue Buff
Blue Buff receives an important upgrade.
It previously gave 10 Ability Haste at all levels. Now, it gives 10, 15, or 20 Ability Haste based on the champion’s level.
Therefore, Blue Buff will become more useful later in the game. Riot hopes this change will keep the buff valuable, even though many junglers do not use mana.

The Blue Buff will be upgraded to a higher level, with its cooldown reduction stats doubled.
ARAM Chaos Changes
Patch 26.14 also updates ARAM Chaos.
Several effects receive buffs. For example, Spatial Teleport has a shorter cooldown. It also provides more health, attack damage, and Ability Power.
Poro Sweep appears more often and deals more damage. Sticky Hands also grants a larger shield.
Meanwhile, some upgrades receive nerfs. Tooth Fairy now gives less armor penetration per tooth. Flying Kick also has lower base scaling.
In addition, Infernal Conduit no longer gains cooldown reduction when it affects non-champion targets.
Riot has also fixed several bugs. These fixes affect champions such as Darius, Teemo, Twitch, Master Yi, Ashe, Smolder, and Yasuo.
Therefore, ARAM Chaos should feel more stable after the update.

The ARAM map continues to receive balance adjustments.
Arena Champion Changes
Arena receives a large number of balance changes.
Riot mainly focuses on weaker champions. Therefore, many underused picks receive stronger skills or shorter cooldowns.
Arena Champion Buffs
Gragas receives more healing from his passive. His E also deals more damage.
Heimerdinger’s turret lasers gain more base damage and better AP scaling.

Heimerdinger gets stronger in the Arena.
Illaoi’s tentacles deal more damage. Meanwhile, Kled can return to Skaarl faster.
Quinn gains shorter cooldowns on her passive and E. Rakan’s Q also deals more damage.
Samira’s ultimate becomes stronger at every rank. Skarner can travel farther after grabbing an enemy with E.
Swain, Yorick, and Zoe also receive several buffs. As a result, these champions may become much stronger in Arena.

Swain will become stronger.
Arena Champion Nerfs
Ambessa receives lower attack damage scaling on both parts of her Q. Therefore, she should deal less burst damage in close fights.

Gamers will once again get to experience some incredibly intense combat.
Arena Item and Augment Changes
Several attack-speed items receive buffs.
Phantom Dancer now provides more attack speed. Kraken Slayer, Navori Quickblades, and Rapid Firecannon also gain extra attack speed.

The Naviri Lightning Blade will make you attack even faster.
Because of these changes, basic-attack champions may become more popular.
Riot has also updated several Augments.
Divine Intervention now works better with Hextech effects. It also interacts correctly with Quantum Computing.
In addition, Riot has fixed the interaction between Jeweled Gauntlet and Vulnerability. Skills should now deal critical damage correctly.
Twin Flames is also active again. Meanwhile, the Pirate Gun Augment has lower execute values.
T1 World Champions 2025 Skins Arrive

The bundles will be available during Patches 26.14 and 26.15. Then, they will leave the store at the start of Patch 26.16.
However, individual skins will remain available until Patch 26.23.
As usual, Riot will share part of the skin revenue with T1.
What Happens to MVP T1 Miss Fortune?
MVP T1 Miss Fortune will later move to the Mythic Shop.
The skin will enter the shop during the first update of 2027. It will cost 200 Mythic Essence.
However, the Mythic Shop version will not include the signature icon or border.
The other Epic T1 skins will also leave the regular store. They will enter the Loot system during the first update of 2027.
In addition, players can buy five standard chromas. The Ruby Chroma will only be available through the Chroma Bundle.
Together as 1 Nexus Finisher
Players can also buy the Together as 1 Nexus Finisher.
It costs 250 Mythic Essence. The effect will appear in the featured Mythic Shop during Patches 26.14 and 26.15.
After that, it will leave the shop at the start of Patch 26.16.
Therefore, fans who want the effect should buy it before the event ends.
Ranked Season Changes
Patch 26.14 also marks the end of Ranked Season 2.
The season ends on July 28, 2026. After maintenance, Ranked Season 3 will begin at 12:00 p.m. on July 29.
During maintenance, Solo Queue and Flex Queue will be disabled. Server transfers will also be unavailable.
However, Riot does not expect players to lose ranked progress.
The Ranked Glory mission will reset when the new season begins. Therefore, players will need to earn 15 ranked wins again.
Final Thoughts
Overall, League of Legends Patch 26.14 brings useful balance changes without completely changing the meta.
Azir, Corki, Mordekaiser, Nami, and Yunara receive helpful buffs. In contrast, Garen, Jayce, Locke, Senna, and Seraphine become weaker.
ARAM and Arena also receive many changes. Therefore, players in those modes will have new strategies to explore.
Most importantly, the beautiful T1 World Champions 2025 skins are finally here. With several skins, chromas, bundles, and exclusive rewards, this collection will likely become the main highlight of Patch 26.14.
