League of Legends Patch 26.19 brings many important balance changes. The update arrives just before the 2026 World Championship. This patch buffs several champions. At the same time, Riot Games nerfs some of the strongest picks in the current meta.
Aatrox and Aphelios are among the biggest winners. Meanwhile, Nasus and Nocturne receive nerfs. Lucian, Rumble, Ryze, and Vi also get balance changes.
The patch also adds new content to Classic Mode. In addition, four new skins are coming to the game. Here is a full look at League of Legends Patch 26.19.

League of Legends Patch 26.19 Champion Changes
Patch 26.19 focuses heavily on champion balance. As a result, several forgotten picks could return to the meta.
Aatrox Gets a Major Boost
Aatrox is one of the biggest winners in Patch 26.19. The Darkin Blade has struggled since Spear of Shojin was nerfed. As a result, Riot is giving him some extra power. His W cooldown is reduced. His E healing ratio is also increased.
These changes should help Aatrox in longer fights. He can use W more often. He can also recover more health during combat.
Therefore, Aatrox could become a stronger top-lane pick again. His kit already works well in extended fights. Now, his extra sustain should make him even harder to kill.
Aphelios Receives Several Buffs
Aphelios also receives a significant boost in Patch 26.19. The marksman has struggled to find a consistent place in the meta despite the popularity of enchanter supports.
Therefore, Riot is improving several parts of his weapon kit. His Calibrum receives increased base damage, while Severum gains better healing. At the same time, Gravitum receives a stronger slow during the final seconds of its effect.
Infernum also gets a cooldown reduction. Meanwhile, Crescendum receives a small damage increase.
Overall, these changes should make Aphelios more rewarding for experienced players. His complicated weapon system remains difficult to master. However, the buffs give dedicated Aphelios players more power to work with.

Kha’Zix Could Become a Jungle Threat
Kha’Zix is another big winner in Patch 26.19. His passive damage is increased. His evolution upgrades also become stronger. Kha’Zix upgrades W now slows enemies for longer.
Mean while, his E gets more range. This gives Kha’Zix more freedom during fights. It also makes his jumps more useful when chasing targets.
As a result, aggressive jungle players may want to try him again. Kha’Zix works best when he can isolate enemies. The new buffs should make those fights even more dangerous.

Fiora Gets More Sustain
Fiora also receives useful buffs. Her health growth is increased. Her ultimate, Grand Challenge, also provides better healing. This gives Fiora more staying power in fights.
Furthermore, Fiora is already strong in side lanes. She can pressure towers and duel many champions. The extra health and healing should make her more reliable. Therefore, Fiora could become a stronger top-lane option.
Aurora, Draven, Elise, and Lillia also receive smaller buffs in this patch. Master Yi gets another notable change. His Q cooldown reduction returns to a fixed one second.
This change may not have a huge effect on Summoner’s Rift. However, it can be very powerful in Arena.
Nasus, Nocturne, and Poppy Are Nerfed
Not every champion receives good news in Patch 26.19.
Nasus is one of the biggest targets of the patch. His Q ability loses 10 damage at every rank. The goal is to slow down his early-game farming and reduce how quickly he can scale.
Nasus remains a powerful late-game champion. However, this nerf should give opponents more room to punish him during the early stages of a match.
Nocturne also receives a nerf. His ultimate, Paranoia, now has a longer cooldown.
As a result, jungle players will need to be more careful when using the ability. Nocturne’s ultimate is one of his biggest tools for creating pressure across the map. A longer cooldown means missed opportunities will be more costly.
Poppy is also included among the champions receiving nerfs in this update.

Lucian, Rumble, Ryze, and Vi Receive Adjustments
Patch 26.19 also targets several champions that perform differently depending on their position.
For Lucian, Riot is attempting to create a clearer difference between his mid-lane and bot-lane performance. His passive damage is reduced. However, his Q damage is increased.
Therefore, Lucian should have better wave-clearing power while losing some of his previous burst potential.

Rumble receives changes to his Overheat attack speed. The adjustment reduces his ability to dominate lane phases at higher ranks.
However, Riot also increases his damage against monsters. This change could encourage players to experiment with jungle Rumble.
Ryze receives another set of balance changes. His bonus Q damage is reduced, while his E costs more mana. On the other hand, his armor growth is increased.
These changes should give Ryze slightly better durability against physical-damage champions while limiting some of his offensive power.
Finally, Vi receives a reduction to her attack damage growth. This should reduce her early-game strength and make her less oppressive during the opening stages of a match.
Classic Mode Gets New Content
Patch 26.19 also brings new content to Classic Mode.
Four champions are joining the mode:
- Fizz
- Graves
- Nami
- Nautilus
Graves is especially interesting. He returns with his old bottom-lane marksman identity. This is the version of Graves from before his major rework.
Three items are also returning:
- Cloak and Dagger
- Moonblade
- Zz’Rot Portal
These items add more build options. They can also create new strategies. Classic Mode receives several balance changes too. Akali gets a buff. Meanwhile, Fiora’s ultimate deals less area damage. These changes only affect Classic Mode. They do not apply to Summoner’s Rift.
The update also fixes several bugs. Riot is improving the in-game interface as well.mproves the client experience with bug fixes, interface changes, and a new Council voting feature.

New Skins in League of Legends Patch 26.19
League of Legends Patch 26.19 adds four new skins.
They are:
- Dark Star Janna

- Dark Star Mel

- Old God Anivia

- Old God Urgot

The skins become available from September 24, 2026. Several chromas are also added. The list includes chromas for Ahri, Ashe, Janna, Mel, Morgana, Anivia, and Urgot.
Therefore, cosmetic collectors have plenty of new content to check.
What Does Patch 26.19 Mean for the Worlds 2026 Meta?
League of Legends Patch 26.19 arrives at a key time. The 2026 World Championship is getting closer. Therefore, every balance change could affect the competitive meta.
Aatrox and Aphelios are two of the biggest winners. Kha’Zix and Fiora could also become stronger picks. Meanwhile, Nasus and Nocturne may lose some of their current power. Lucian, Rumble, Ryze, and Vi will also need to adapt.
Overall, League of Legends Patch 26.19 could create a more varied meta before Worlds 2026. For now, Aatrox, Aphelios, Kha’Zix, and Fiora are the champions to watch.
At the same time, Nasus and Nocturne players should prepare for a tougher patch.
