T1 Continue Their Winning Run
Both teams entered the match in good form. T1 had built strong momentum over the past few weeks. Meanwhile, DK hoped to extend their own impressive results.
However, the series quickly became one-sided.
T1 played with great patience from the opening minutes. Every player understood their role. They made very few mistakes and always moved together around the map.
In contrast, DK struggled to create pressure. They rarely found good fights and spent most of the series reacting to T1’s movements.
Because of that, T1 stayed in control from start to finish.
Game 1: T1 Build a Perfect Lead
Game 1 showed why T1 are one of the best macro teams in the LCK. The early game remained quiet. Neither team forced risky plays. Instead, T1 focused on farming and controlling vision. They slowly built small advantages across every lane.
Soon after, T1 began taking neutral objectives. They secured dragons, claimed the Rift Herald, and controlled the map with strong ward placement. As a result, DK had very little room to make aggressive plays.
Instead of chasing kills, T1 continued growing their gold lead. Every rotation looked clean. Every objective was well planned. Moreover, their communication looked excellent throughout the game.
By the mid game, T1 had complete control. Whenever DK tried to contest an objective, T1 responded immediately. Their engages were fast, while their positioning remained almost perfect.
Consequently, DK lost several important fights. The gold difference continued to grow. Meanwhile, DK slowly lost control of their jungle and vision around Baron.
After securing another major objective, T1 grouped together for one final push. They broke through DK’s defenses and destroyed the Nexus after only 28 minutes.
It was one of T1’s cleanest victories of the season.

T1’s Objective Control Made the Difference
One of the biggest reasons behind T1’s victory was their excellent objective control. They arrived first at almost every dragon. They also secured Rift Herald without giving DK many chances to respond.
Later, Baron became another turning point. T1 established vision around the area long before it spawned. Therefore, DK had to walk into dangerous positions every time they wanted to contest.
This allowed T1 to start favorable fights. Even when DK avoided combat, T1 still gained value by taking objectives and extending their lead.
Their patient style left almost no opening for the opposing team.

Game 2: Peyz Dominates on Lucian
DK entered Game 2 looking for a different result. They changed their approach and tried to play more aggressively during the early game.
However, T1 answered every move. The team continued controlling vision and reached every important objective before DK.

As a result, DK never gained momentum. The biggest star of the game was Peyz.
Playing Lucian, he dominated the bottom lane from the start. He won trades, farmed efficiently, and built an early gold advantage. His lead became even more important during teamfights.
Peyz stayed patient in every fight. He waited for his teammates to engage before dealing huge amounts of damage from a safe position.
Because of that, DK could not reach him. Every major fight ended in T1’s favor. After taking Baron, T1 quickly pushed through DK’s remaining towers.
Soon after, they destroyed the Nexus and completed a convincing 2-0 sweep.

Peyz Earns His Fourth POM
Following another outstanding performance, Peyz received the Player of the Match award. It was his fourth POM of the 2026 LCK season. The award reflected his growing impact on T1’s success.
Peyz has become one of the team’s most reliable players. He performs well during the laning phase. He also shines during late-game teamfights. No matter the situation, he continues to deliver when T1 need him most.
Against DK, his Lucian performance stood out. His positioning remained excellent throughout Game 2. At the same time, his damage output helped T1 win every important fight.
If he keeps this level of form, he will become one of the leading candidates for the LCK 2026 MVP award.

Teamwork Remains T1’s Biggest Strength
Although Peyz received most of the attention, every member of T1 contributed to the victory. The solo laners played safely and created pressure whenever needed.
Meanwhile, T1’s jungle control allowed the team to secure neutral objectives without taking unnecessary risks. More importantly, the team’s communication looked outstanding. They rarely forced fights.
Instead, they waited for the right moment to attack. They also traded objectives well and maintained strong vision across the map. These small advantages slowly became a massive lead.
By the late game, DK had almost no chance to recover. This level of teamwork has become one of T1’s biggest strengths throughout Round 3.
DK Need to Improve Before the Next Meeting
DK entered the series with confidence after several strong performances. Unfortunately, they never found their usual rhythm.
Their early-game plans failed to create pressure. Later, they struggled to contest dragons, Baron, and other important objectives. T1’s vision control also limited DK’s opportunities to make aggressive plays.
As a result, DK spent most of both games defending instead of attacking. The team still has plenty of talent.
However, they must improve their macro and objective control before facing T1 again later this season.
T1 Send a Strong Message to the Rest of the League
This victory means more than another regular-season win. T1 defeated one of their biggest rivals without dropping a game.
Even more importantly, they looked strong in every part of the game. Their laning phase remained stable. Their macro looked excellent and their teamfighting was clean.
Finally, their objective control left DK with almost no answers. If T1 continue playing like this, they will remain one of the favorites to win LCK 2026.
Their combination of discipline, teamwork, and individual skill makes them one of the toughest teams in the league.
With Peyz continuing to improve and the entire roster playing with confidence, T1 appear ready for another deep championship run.
